On the other hand, in order to comply with law 2/2023, if you think there may be a breach of this regulation, you can contact us through this channel. But you can also make this communication in person at our facilities located on Navarcles road, 107 de Santpedor. In this case, you will have to ask for the Internal Information System Manager in order to be able to do it correctly. Finally, you can also communicate by phone, calling 908273465 and also ask for the Internal Information System Manager. We also inform you that this communication can be done anonymously, if you think it’s appropriate.

Avinent Group wishes to inform that the principles that will govern this communication. These principles are those of confidentiality, anonymity (if deemed appropriate), and prohibition of retaliation (as long as it is opened in good faith).

Once you formalize this communication, you will be given a response to receive it within 7 calendar days, as established by the law itself. Each communication will be assigned a tracking code and password so that you can track it. If you opt for an anonymous communication, you will only be able to see, when you enter with these two keys, the progress of the same.

Avinent Group has a period of 3 months to resolve this communication and reserves the right to ask for more information about it in order to clarify the facts. Exceptionally, and in case of great complexity in the investigation, this deadline may be extended by another 3 months, as also established by the regulations themselves.

Avinent Group he wishes to inform you that the personal data provided in this communication as well as all the others that may be collected during the investigation, will be treated according to the current data protection regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 , relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and the free circulation thereof, as well as Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5).

Finally Avinent Group also wishes to inform you that it has external channels of information before the competent authorities (Antifraud Agency of Catalonia), as well as before the authorities of the European Union.
