Following the recommendations issued by the health authorities, starting next April 14th, AVINENT’s intention is to start the progressive return to productive and commercial activity that was interrupted on March 23rd. In these first days, the company will have minimal services to guarantee customer service and to attend to any needs that may arise.
Thus, on our part, and maximizing safety measures to guarantee the health of our employees and to ensure absolute control of our cleaning and quality processes, we will be prepared to solve any of the needs that may arise. It should be noted that our team will rejoin little by little and, therefore, it will be considerably smaller, with a minimum presence to respond to your requests. The incorporation will be done gradually and according to the events that are happening.
In the case of AVINENT CAD CAM and its milling and 3D printing service is where we foresee the greatest impact, in this sense, our intention is to adapt to each client and each situation, agreeing on a case-by-case basis the possible delivery times to adapt to every need. This is due to the considerable reduction in our workforce and the impact on transport services.
Finally, as regards the AVINENT Digital Health CMF line of personalized implants, we will also be available through our usual channels and with the bioengineering team prepared to receive any request.
We will be available again at +34 938 273 465 with our customer service team or via email info@avinent.com. On the other hand, we will continue to validate the orders of the milling center that they send us through our web portal or our usual channels.
