It is a totally new solution,\nusing a <strong>polished neck<\/strong> in order to simplify post-surgery treatments and\nimprove soft tissue care. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AVINENT heeded\ndental professionals\u2019 requests and has introduced this system to provide a\nsolution for every surgical situation. The <strong>dental implant<\/strong> is\ncomplemented with a new range of abutments that <strong>form a continuous surface\nwith the implant neck<\/strong>, enabling more soft tissue to form, allowing for\nimproved conservation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new ICEBERG\u2019s characteristics include its mechanical transmucosal neck,which is <strong>gold<\/strong> to ensure it matches the titanium under the soft tissues. This neck is characterised for having a <strong>1.8 mm tall cylindrical section<\/strong> to ensure true <strong>continuity between the implant and the abutment<\/strong>. The coloured, untreated neck favours <strong>fibroblast adhesion. <\/strong>These will act as a protective barrier, <strong>ensuring long-term tissue stability<\/strong>. Furthermore, the neck\u2019s geometric shape without angles or edges enables tissue to grow on the titanium, meaning the profile is based on the prosthesis.<em>I<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/avinent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/1-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3452\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The totally new\nconnection is another relevant feature of the new system.&nbsp; The Iceberg implant has a <strong>CC.I<\/strong>.\nconical connection. It comprises a 12\u00ba cone with internal anti-rotation that\nprovides excellent prosthetic stability and the best possible resistance to\nmasticatory forces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, AVINENT has designed a <strong>special abutment range<\/strong>. Iceberg has a range of basic, conventional solutions that can be used from the bone healing period using temporary elements, or rather straight after fitting the implants, as long as the required clinical conditions are fulfilled for immediate fitting. <em>I<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>advanced conventional prosthetic<\/strong> range comprises an extensive range of straight and angled transepithelial abutments with different transmucosal heights so dental professionals can achieve excellence as easily as possible.
