In addition, each training is custom-designed for each of the sections.<\/small><\/p><cite>According to the specifications of Eugeni Lorenzana, the Group&#8217;s HR Director<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/avinent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/1_Blog-Imatges-articles-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7460\"\/><figcaption>The training sessions are held in small groups, with sessions of one day a week and for ten consecutive weeks, with a total of 30 hours of training in each section. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The company and the <strong><em>Practical Training Center<\/em><\/strong>, as a partner, have created a training plan that combines theoretical sessions with a wide variety of practical activities that allow employees to <strong>apply the knowledge acquired in real work situations<\/strong>.
