The members of the customer service team are María Jesús R., Anna C., Montse B., Maria M. and Anna J. These five professionals, together with the sales team and the Shipping Department, provide a speedy, friendly and effective service to ensure that products reach customers in the shortest possible time. They can also deal with and solve any query or problem that may arise in relation to orders.

AVINENT’s Customer Service Department can receive product orders via the sales team handling the request or take phone calls from clients contacting the company’s switchboard. At that point, every mechanism is set in motion to ensure the speed and efficiency of the service. Another of the services that the Customer Service Department can provide clients is the consignment stock of implants. This is of tremendous benefit to clinics because it enables them to have a varied stock of AVINENT implants to hand without needing to make any investment, as payment is made after the product is used.
