GUIDED IMPLANT
SURGERY
REALGUIDE™
Precision and safety
Avinent's guided surgery system is innovative, as it ensures greater precision and safety in the placement protocol for dental implants and other guided surgery products. It enables surgical planning with the final prosthetic result in mind, ensuring optimal outcomes.

The most advanced software
Workflow
For partial and complete edentulism
With RealGUIDE™ software by 3DIEMME, we can determine the design of the surgical guide, whether it’s a simple surgical guide or one with occlusal registration. The system also includes anchoring pins, which are essential for these procedures.
The workflow remains consistent across both tooth-supported and edentulous cases.
- DICOM + STL import
- Case planning
- Surgical guide design
In both cases, the final prosthetic result is achieved according to the initial design.
Types of surgery
Pilot surgery or full surgery
Our RealGUIDE™ Guided Surgery by 3DIEMME allows you to perform two types of surgery:
- Pilot surgery
The pilot bur’s direction and depth are marked, after which the surgical guide is removed, and the standard surgical protocol is followed.
- Full surgery
The entire drilling and implant placement sequence is guided, determining both direction and depth at each step of the protocol.
Stackable guides
Recommended for tooth-supported cases
The Guided Surgery service with stackable guides is highly recommended for tooth-supported cases with immediate loading, where extractions are performed during surgery. However, it can also be used in edentulous cases.
These guided surgery cases with stackable guides include:
- A primary guide fixed with RHEIN connectors or abutments.
- A secondary positioning guide.
- A secondary guide for a fully guided surgical procedure.
- Possibility of designing a provisional for immediate loading.
