Avinent Group, a leader in its sector, announces its strong commitment to practical training for factory workers in the medical division (Avinent Implant System, CAD CAM, CMF and Orthodontics) and the industrial division (Vilardell Purti).

Aware of the importance of continuous training and professional development, Avinent Group has implemented a comprehensive training program that ensures the growth and acquisition of practical skills by its factory employees.

The training will be provided to a total of approximately 175 people, starting with the CNC section (numerical control shifts) and continuing with other sections that make up the company’s production plant. In addition, each training is custom-designed for each of the sections.

The company and the Practical Training Center, as a partner, have created a training plan that combines theoretical sessions with a wide variety of practical activities that allow employees to apply the knowledge acquired in real work situations.
